Switch to a Eco Yoga Mat

Is your yoga mat harmful to your health? Is it harmful for the planet? If your mat is made from PVC, then it could be leeching chemicals each time you inhale and hit that pose, and I don't even want to get into the harm that the production of these mats has on the environment! Yoga is a very mindful practice, so we have to also be mindful of the materials we’re using. With all the working out at home, I recently upgraded my yoga mat to the Eco Yoga Mat from Ajna Wellbeing and I couldn't be happier! (see below for 10% off!)

Just using this sustainable option makes me feel good each time I hit the mat. It's made with 100% biodegradable and toxin-free materials, including organic jute fibers (aka golden fiber), so it even feels good when you're using it too! The texture is unlike any other and helps me to feel more grounded and prevent any slipping.

I couldn't stop there so I did some more upgrading to my workouts. When your home is also your workout studio, it helps to switch things up a bit, especially for someone like me who needs a break from monotony. After completing a few different video programs with my daughter, I decided to take a break from the TV and instead just focus on my own simple routines, like using resistance bands. These Ajna Wellness Booty Bands definitely help me feel the burn without fear of feeling a snap like from my old latex bands. They're comfy and don't roll up, and because they're leopard print you know I love them even more! Since my home gym is also my living room, aesthetics is important and Ajna has that covered!

To top it off, Ajna Wellbeing plants a tree for every product sold. I love it when companies do this! Help plant a tree and get your workout on with code AJNATIFF for 10% off the Booty Bands and yoga mats until Oct 31st.
