Today, when I started to run, my knees were bugging me. At about 1/4 mile, I almost turned around and went home. I didn’t want to risk an injury. But instead of giving up, I banged out 5 miles around the Marina. My legs were still kind of sore from all the walking we did at Bay to Breakers, but after this run, my legs feel like they need some love.
Bananas are such a great remedy for sore muscles. I love bananas for many reasons, and that is just one of them.
