Once, in high school, I remember one girl hunched over, crying in agonizing pain. When I learned it was from menstrual cramps, I didn’t know what to think. I get cramps too, sometimes making me want to stay in bed all day, but never did I cry because of it.
All women are different, but for some women, the pain could be symptoms for something more than just cramps. March is Endometriosis Awareness Month, an illness that is quite common in young women.
