New Decade. New Time.
I just turned 28, feeling the return to Saturn. 4 seasons of life, coming and going, cycling.
Change will come, it’s inevitable. I need to listen closely, stop distractions and just listen. I hear you. I see you.
The first Saturn Return is famous because it represents the first test of character and the structures a person has built their lives upon. According to traditions, should these structures be unsound or that a person is living out of touch with his or her true values, the Saturn Return will be a time of upheaval and limitations as Saturn forces him or her to jettison old concepts and worn out patterns of living. It is not uncommon for relationships and jobs to end during this time of life restructuring and reevaluation.
But the Saturn Return is not all about painful endings. During this time astrologers note that goals are consolidated and people tend to gain a better vision of where they are going in life. There are added responsibilities and a person may reap the rewards from his or her hard work.
Not only that, it’s another Mercury Retrograde, spinning things backwards, making me reflect on memories, but not allowing space for plans of action. Just thinking, speculating, waiting.
I’ve seen and heard the signs. Stop, look, and listen.
And…..top top it all off, it was a blue moon last night. Wow….heard there were rings around it too. Just like Saturn. No wonder my feelings are so amplified, no wonder.
You Sagittarians may wander farther and wider than the other signs of the zodiac, and you may get itchier when required to stay in one place too long, but you still need a sense of belonging. Whether that comes from having a certain building where you feel comfortable or a wilderness that evokes your beloved adventurousness or a tribe that gives you a sense of community, you thrive when you’re in regular touch with a homing signal that keeps you grounded. According to my analysis, 2010 will be prime time for you to find or create or renew your connection to a source that serves this purpose well.
I’ve slipped away, I can admit. I miss the connections.
My mantra in ’09 was to keep it divine. Didn’t quite happen. Sad. At times it shined, but I think I’ll carry it over to 2010 and do it again.
You know exactly what you want. Now all you need is a plan to achieve it.
This is only part of what I want, although it all relates to the Big Picture. Because I want so much more…..
But I’ll have to hold off on writing the storyboards now, because my plan of action will have to wait until this phase passes me by. It’ll only be a short while, and then, it’s on.
This year: reflecTIPH introspecTIPH detecTIPH. Like always, just sharp and clear.
